TradeScript is a non-procedural scientific vector programming language designed specifically for developing trading systems as rapidly and effortlessly as possible. With TradeScript you can enable your trading application to run trading scripts. A script is simply a set of instructions that tell the scripting engine to do something useful, such as provide an alert when the price of a security (stock, futures, forex, etc.) reaches a new high, crosses over a moving average, or drops by a certain percentage.
